In 1974, a vehicle called the Dasher from Volkswagen debut. It would be better known by another name: the Volkswagen Passat. After over 50 years of providing drivers with lots of quality, the last 2022 VW Passat rolled off the production line at a Tennessee facility. We're sorry to see it go, but there's excitement in VW's future.
The Passat always provided a quality ride, and many features as it evolved throughout the years, but now with a focus on electric options for sedans, Volkswagen is turning its energy there. Still, the last model year of the Passat is coming, and we'll still have plenty of pre-owned Passat vehicles too. That, and we're going to still service Passat vehicles and supply parts too, so fear not. We can say goodbye but the Passat will still be around.
