There were many frustrating miscommunications with the sales team concerning the delivery date, the finance guy was rude and impatient, and once a scratch was repaired and the vehicle was “ready”, we discovered another major scratch on the hatch.

Oil change was fine. I did not like the over priced suggestions for other services. I did not like the expensive cost quoted to me when I asked if the dealership could register my new battery. I think from now on I will do my own services to my vehicle including oil changes.

Customer service and processing was convenient. Staff were friendly and kind. Unfortunately I have not received my vehicle yet. It’s going on 4 weeks now still waiting on recall servicing.

We experienced several frustrating moments throughout our association with this dealership. The issue above (scratches) is just part of the story. There were multiple communication problems throughout the entire process, including the sales people and the financial person, who we found be to rude and unwilling to answer our questions. I'm happy to name names .
