For some reason, the last 2 times I’ve gotten work done for my car, the coolant was over filled past the fill line both times. This latest time was after a safety check.

Service team completed the recalls and safety computer replacement ahead of schedule. They had estimated 1-3 weeks and it was completed within 1 week so allowed me to avoid a car rental and was able to pickup my ID.4 after landing from a week business trip. Car was washed and ready to go on a Sunday. They had arranged the sales team to help me check-out since the service department was closed on Sunday,.

Overall, a very smooth and drama free service for my Tiguan. Seems to be running a lot smoother, throttle touchiness has disappeared and now throttle response and action is smooth!
