When I arrived male behind the counter was on his mobile, didn't acknowledge me until I went up to the counter to say I have an appointment. He supposedly was covering the desk for the girl that worked at the service counter. But that is pretty poor customer service to no acknowledge your customer when they walk in.

I was in and out in an hour and a half! I expected up to a three hour wait. Also I was also greeted with respect and informed well of any details .

Dealership service departments had a reputation for diagnosing problems that donʻt exist, upselling like crazy, and, as has been documented in some locations, claiming to do (unnecessary) repairs but not actually doing them, but charging customers for them anyways. My experience with you in no way mitigates this reputation. I got a second opinion about (a) your recommended repairs/replacements and (b) your quoted repairs costs and, well, as nothing you recommended was confirmed we never got to costs. If you care about your brand, if you care about your reputation, if you care about your success in what might be a contracted economic situation, you may want to rethink your "marching orders." Honesty and integrity over "milk ʻem for all you can" might be a good start. Incidentally, your desk service representative was delightful. Great interaction. If you want to keep good employees like that, you might want to assure them theyʻre working for an ethical outfit, not one out to extract as much from each and every customer.
