    We experienced several frustrating moments throughout our association with this dealership. The issue above (scratches) is just part of the story. There were multiple communication problems throughout the entire process, including the sales people and the financial person, who we found be to rude and unwilling to answer our questions. I'm happy to name names .

    I recently leased a new electric car from VW Honolulu, and I am delighted with the overall experience. The staff provided exceptional service throughout the process. They were knowledgeable, patient, and always eager to answer my questions about the car's features and benefits. The test drive was smooth, and they made sure I was comfortable with all the new technology. However, I would like to provide some constructive feedback regarding the final monthly payment. While I was initially given a certain figure during our discussions, the final payment amount turned out to be slightly higher. It would have been helpful to have clearer communication about any potential changes to the payment terms ahead of time. Transparency in this aspect can significantly enhance the customer experience and build trust. Overall, I'm thrilled with my new electric car and the service I received from VW Honolulu. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a positive car leasing experience, and I hope this feedback will help them continue to improve their excellent customer service.

    I signed a lease but didn’t receive the vehicle until 12 days after that. I understand that it was agreed upon but I feel the lease shouldn’t have started until I was able to pickup the vehicle (delayed due to work that VW had to do to the vehicle). Also there was a 3 hour delay from my pickup appointment until the vehicle was ready.
