Need to have better explanation of findings. Tech should come out to explain findings instead of consultant. When I have questions, the consultant needs to ask the tech.

My sales advisor Davic was outstanding I was delighted to meet someone who didn’t push me into a sale he explained all the drawbacks in waiting for the car I purchased to receive computer updates. Kept in touch with me for seven months then Sam another advisor took over since Davic was there n hospital. Great camaraderie in a sales environment. Erik also was very thorough in finance. Great staffing at Honolulu Volkswagon highly recommend.
