    I trust the Service Team at Honolulu VW to perform the correct repairs in an excellent manner. The technicians that perform the work are diligent and trustworthy. I know that the diagnose and repairs were done competently. The staff at the Service desk are always provide great customer service on all occasions that I had my car repaired and service. This occasion was no different. Harold Nakashima, my Service Advisor, is a professional, an excellent communicator, and very attentive and responsive. I appreciated his outstanding support. Honolulu VW continues to be my "go-to" organization for servicing my Golf R.
