Hi, the gentleman that helped me (sorry cannot remember his name) was very nice. I liked him. He seemed caring. The wait was just over 2.5 hours--that seems a bit long. They washed my car at the end and there was still patchy dirt all over it/bad wash job. I wouldn't have said anything but am telling you this only because you're asking. Mahalo! Jenn Johnson

I was not aware that there was no shuttle service available on Saturdays, so I had not arranged for someone to pick me up. Waited 3 hours for the service to be completed.

It's impossible to get anyone on the phone there. As well, their processes are very very slow and lots and lots of waiting. Poor communication and processes where the staff don't manage or set expectations. If I didn't buy the oil change package I would just go to a mechanic close to me and not have to waste so much time dealing with this dealership. Also the reviews online are bad as well.

Everything was smooth and everyone was so helpful! Especially Sam and Kyle went out of their way to make us comfortable and address all our questions. I would highly recommend this vw location to anyone looking for a vehicle!

They told me after I signed paperwork on the car that it’s not ready, because of a recall. Been 2 weeks and that’s still I have no ETA and 0 update on when it could be finished or what’s happening.
