Even though I made an appointment with the service side I still had to talk to the sales side. Had to wait 30 minutes until everything figured out. Same thing with pick up, couldn’t just get my car. Had to wait for sales person to give me the keys. Waiting another 20 minutes. Don’t know why there isn’t better communication. No paperwork given for oil change and car still said oil change needed so had to call the dealership to figure out if it was done. People are nice, just don’t think how the company is set up is great for a customer experience.

Nobody in the service department answers the phone. numerous messages over a number of days were left with no call back. I finally go through to someone to discuss the work needed on the car. I forgot to ask about the safety inspection i needed so again, numerous calls with no return call. Luckily Harold was able to fit the inspection in for me. Harold was very helpful and the rating would have been worse if he hadnt been so helpful. the text message i received to discuss the status of the work being done was not replied too even though i sent two messages to enquire as to when the car would be ready. i finally got a call from Harold saying it was ready. 3.5 hours for a simple oil change and safety inspection is too long. The car was washed and even that was done poorly - water spots all over it. Finally, I got an email from the dealership offering me a 15% discount to give them a 5 star rating. If it was warranted i would have happily given a 5 star but it isnt.
