Brought in first time with the noise. After spending almost $5k, still hear noise. Try to make appointment to take it back. No one call or text me back except AI. I have to go back to the location to make appointment. Come back for appointment, mechanic didn’t find cause of the noise. Very disappointed. Make me regret owning VW.
