The service advisor kept me informed of while I was waiting. The amenities like rest area was very comfortable along with having a shuttle if we needed it.

Our service advisor was very nonchalant. I honestly miss our old one as our old advisor was amazing. The new one was “there” but wouldn’t recommend anyone buy a VW at this point…

Not only the least painful vehicle purchase experience I've had, but one I actually enjoyed. Chris and Nick were easy to reach, provided regular updates during the wait for our vehicle to arrive, and kept the process simple and quick. It never felt like we were being worn down or upsold on anything, and trips to the dealership during the purchase process felt more like visiting friends than the usual car-buying experience.

1. Diagnostic Fee Without Notice I brought my car in because my dashboard showed an error saying the sensor was dirty. I just wanted it checked — I didn’t know the sensor might be damaged. At no point was I told there would be a $250+tax diagnostic fee. I only found out when I returned and was surprised to be charged. I believe the service department should have told me about the fee before doing any inspection, and I kindly request that this be reconsidered. 2. Warranty Miscommunication My vehicle is still under warranty, but I was told the sensor is not covered because it’s considered an “outside part.” No one ever explained how the warranty works or what parts are excluded. I brought the car in expecting it might be a small issue, and instead I was charged and told it’s not covered. This could’ve been communicated at the beginning, not after the work was done.

Although there was a wait time for my appointment slot, the staff was extremely attentive and made sure I was done quick. Also the communication throughout the servicing was top notch.
