The employees that were there seemed in a good mood, however when I tried presenting my discount that arrived through email sent by VW they preceded to advise me that they don’t do discounts on my service but most the time if not the majority of my visits I’ve used it and had no issues, so I don’t know if they just didn’t want to try and give to me or were not in the mood to do their service. Besides that they were attentive and helpful throughout the whole process and got my car back in good condition.

Drop off and pick up wait times are far too long and take too much time. Unfortunately, I am at the point I regret buying the car I did as I have had to come back to the service department multiple times. Again this weekend, the car had issues and I will need to return.

High quality professional annual service for my 2018 VW Golf Sportwagen and friendly knowledgeable staff. Two major repairs (oil leak and leaky AC evaporator core) were handled very efficiently under the warranty.

Even though I made an appointment with the service side I still had to talk to the sales side. Had to wait 30 minutes until everything figured out. Same thing with pick up, couldn’t just get my car. Had to wait for sales person to give me the keys. Waiting another 20 minutes. Don’t know why there isn’t better communication. No paperwork given for oil change and car still said oil change needed so had to call the dealership to figure out if it was done. People are nice, just don’t think how the company is set up is great for a customer experience.
