Experience was pretty good. I would suggest walking through the features of the vehicle before customer purchases. Also, suggest vehicles that would help customers stay in their monthly price range. Also, detailing could have done a better job with cleaning the exterior of the vehicle. There were water spots all over the car.

I chose this 5 star rating strictly because of Ashlyn from the service department. She is by far the most commutative she follows up she makes sure the customers are taken care of even on her off time, she is awesome.

Overall my experience was positive. Staff were informative, helpful, polite, and welcoming. The only frustration I had was with the amount of time I had to wait. What I thought would be a relatively short service ended up running about 5 hours. That being said, staff did a review of my vehicle warranty and saw that my rear brakes were still under warranty and needed replacing. By my next service interval they would not have been under warranty from what I was told. I may have been in the shop 3 hours longer than originally planned but it did save me $1300.
