Nobody in the service department answers the phone. numerous messages over a number of days were left with no call back. I finally go through to someone to discuss the work needed on the car. I forgot to ask about the safety inspection i needed so again, numerous calls with no return call. Luckily Harold was able to fit the inspection in for me. Harold was very helpful and the rating would have been worse if he hadnt been so helpful. the text message i received to discuss the status of the work being done was not replied too even though i sent two messages to enquire as to when the car would be ready. i finally got a call from Harold saying it was ready. 3.5 hours for a simple oil change and safety inspection is too long. The car was washed and even that was done poorly - water spots all over it. Finally, I got an email from the dealership offering me a 15% discount to give them a 5 star rating. If it was warranted i would have happily given a 5 star but it isnt.

Isaiah was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we were interested in and helped my husband and I talk through what would be the best fit for our family. We were impressed with the professionalism and warmth of all the staff that we interacted with. I had initial concerns about the financing and was provided answers to all the questions that I had.

The overall experience was great and really appreciated Brandon's communication. It was one of the best experiences we had at a dealership, and I liked that we had a price in mind and both parties left happy. Going through finance was a breeze and really appreciated them not trying to sell us on other items.
