Disappointed in the handling of my VW extended warranty which was sold to be my VW. This service location acted as though I had some unknown warranty and insisted I pay out of pocket. What's the point of a VW extended warranty if individual dealerships play stupid about them?

Our experience of buying a new Tiguan at Honolulu Volkswagen was exceptional. Brandon Tom, the salesperson we were dealing with, made the whole experience pleasant, uncomplicated and enjoyable.
