One of the basic problems: the service area and sales are not separate. There are too many cars sitting on the lot and therefore no places for customers to park. Also, it's difficult to maneuver around the tightly placed vehicles. It's like visiting that uncle who hoards and junks up their house. Service managers are doing ok. The software system shows the wrong charges for service when I click on links in the text messages. My service advisor was friendly, welcoming, and easy to work with.

Braeden made my third car buying experience enjoyable. This is my third vehicle purchase from Honolulu Volkswagen. This is my first time working with Braeden. I shopped online. He immediately responded and kept me informed throughout the process. He asked all the necessary questions. I took advantage of Volkswagen sign and drive and later that evening I test drove my vehicle and came home with it. My vehicle was detailed and he did a great job at explaining the features and benefits of the vehicle. I would work with him again and I would purchase another vehicle through Volkswagen Honolulu.
