Jessica is consistently the best when it comes to car repairs, including when it us no longer fixable and we have to get a new car. This is the second time she connected my family from Repair to Sales dept and we ended up buying a replacement car from your team. Brayden was the most friendly, kind, and patient instructor to reassure and teach my 82 yo Mom to learn how to drive the gti with unfamiliar starter and controls. I wouldnʻt have thought she could choose this car to replace her 21 yo VW golf but it was the closest thing (at least in overall looks) and he took her on two practice runs and must have helped her practice turning the car on and off 100 times over two different trips on two consecutive days! I was so grateful and touched by his patience, calm, and kindness. Mahalo! Mahalo!!!
