    Our experience of buying a new Tiguan at Honolulu Volkswagen was exceptional. Brandon Tom, the salesperson we were dealing with, made the whole experience pleasant, uncomplicated and enjoyable. I would certainly recommend Honolulu Volkswagen to friends and family who are shopping for vehicles in the future. I have to admit to dreading the car buying experience prior to going to Honolulu Volkswagen. However, this experience completely put my mind at ease.

    We really appreciated the great service we received. Brayden was recommended to us by our niece and he met us in the driveway and took great care of us. Listed to our needs/wants and did his best to deliver. Next step, financing. We walked into Erik's office and he was so positive and all about helping us! I never once felt like anyone was trying to take advantage of us, something we'd definitely felt at a different dealership!

    I needed a car key programmed. I made an appointment to get my new key programmed and was never asked about them performing a full inspection. A courtesy inspection is fine but the full report was ridiculous. We were told we needed 4 new tires due to damaged/abnormal wear but my tires are only 2 months old. When my husband informed them we wont be proceeding with any of the repairs totaling over 7k, the representative was very rude.
