My experience and interaction with all staff was always friendly and never felt pressured nor rushed. Often, when I am at a dealership to explore my options or just view vehicles, I am pressed for a sale right then and there. However, this experience did not feel like that. The staff (i.e. Braeden) was mainly just answering any and all question I had about vehicle specs, details, and stock, that was answered to the best of there knowledge. I was assisted and guided into the ideal direction I wanted and needed to select the correct vehicle for myself and my wife, having no regret in our purchase for a new vehicle and negotiating a trade-in. The financial team was also helpful in advising future interest rates and options, however, he was a bit cold but understandable. Overall, great experience, great service, and very informed on there vehicles to ensure it's the best fit for my situation and future.
