Excellent level of customer service due to the specific help provided by Jessica Balles. She always goes above and beyong to help me find solutions to my service needs. With so many other options available to get service done, Jessica is the reason I continue to stay loyal to VW Honolulu for my service needs.

I came in for a safety check and a complimentary car wash. The car wash was overlooked so I had to come back on another day. I was also supposed to received a complimentary tank of gas (per Josh Nelson), but that wasn’t received either.

Upon arriving to VW Honolulu there was no customer agent present, however she walked in, I'm assuming she had other administrative duties. Nevertheless it was another VW customer who greeted me and informed he was in line, at which time I waited to be assisted. Once I got to the counter the representative thanked me for my patience and began to process me into the service schedule. I understand each individual plays a particular role in your organization, however it seems there's more sales reps than there are customer service representatives. Which I realized now why no one answers your phones or I'm being blind transferred without anyone on other line introducing themselves or the VW location.

I'm sorry I would have loved to give you a REAL 5 but the service dept forgot to reset my car to make the "service due in____ days" disappear. But they told me I can come down any time without an appointment at my convenience since I live in Waipahu. They even were going to send someone to my house to fix it, but I said "No need." So thank you. Also I loved having the car washed.
