I chose this rating because of the comfort of the waiting area. I wait most of the time when my vehicles being serviced, and I feel comfortable while in the waiting area. Your location provided beverages and some entertainment while I waited. I also appreciate how polite the administrative sections are when taking my vehicle. I feel like they really nailed it when it comes to professionalism.
