    The service is usually prompt and explained in a way that we understand. They have multiple services to assist us also as a clean waiting area and shuttle service should we need it.

    The dealership apparently overbooked the service appointments so that my car wasn’t even looked at until the second day. The delay wasted my time. They should have rescheduled my appointment to another day.
