brought my ID.4 in for issues observed in my car that was 1 yr old, 12k miles - (1) door not opening properly on exit from vehicle (takes 2 pulls on handle), (2) random interior lights on upon start, (3) intermittent front assist warning, and (4) removal of primary user (original owner of the car) which I bought used from the original owner. Honolulu VW only has 1 EV tech and I made an appointment but service took 3 service days and none of the issues were resolved. I did not anticipate 3 day service but was happy that VW gave me a ride home via shuttle. Communications during the 3 service days was lacking and vague. I had to initiate all communications and used the text function which was helpful. After 3 service days, issues remained. Even the VW dealership was unable to remove the primary user (the original car owner). The dealer resolution was for me to do a factory reset on my own? You had it for 3 days, why could you not do this? With the instability of the infotainment system, I am hesitant to do this factory reset at home; therefore this was a waste of time to be honest. I wanted to document the issues but they were dismissed. For example, Front Assist warning was not able to be re-created. When I picked up the vehicle, the Front Assist Warning was visible on my drive home from the dealership!
