    Our Service Advisor Jessica displayed outstanding customer service! She waited on us promptly and professionally and kept us totally informed and updated from start and explained two things that required attention. Parts were ordered and she indicated that we will be notified when they arrive. Overall excellent service!

    Poor communicating with cliet about status or update. Been there for 4 hours yesterday and couldn't fix the problem in my car, if I didn't ask they won't let me know what's going on and I will still be waiting there for hours.
