Service was great! Cost was pretty high, and the service took couple of days. However, Harold took really good care of me. He explained the nature of the cause of my engine light came on and showed me some pictures and advise me to use higher octane gasoline. Great service!

I asked the salesman and emailed the sales manager why we needed to be charged the “island protection plan”? No one would tell me what it is or what it provides us. Was not given a choice but had to pay $2000 for it. Still don’t understand. Also, knowing we were military they charged us full registration fees and we had to get reimbursed for it after the fact they had already cashed our loan check so our monthly payments are now higher due to their miscalculation. Lastly, negotiating a price for our trade-in was devalued because they offset the published sales price that I found listed on their website. So to recap, We were charged extra fees and not given a choice to request or deny island coverage, our time was wasted through numerous miscalculated contracts, and our trade-In was undervalued.
