Pleasing customer service. Keep customers updated when their cars have to be there for a couple of days or more, nice to know where you’re cars at during service or recalls, so the customer can have an idea when they’re car might be ready.

Test driving vehicle it was filthy inside. When I picked it up it was still discusting inside and outside was not much better. Had the vehicle for almost 10 days after purchasing, had to call for updates because the Sam didn't seam to think I was important after buying the vehicle. Still don't have the second key fob that was supposedly locked in a mechanics box. Don't feel he was honest with me up front.
