    Really appreciated the sales experience at vw honolulu. Sam assisted me immediately and had ne driving away in a car within a few hours. I was very surprised and pleased with all services rendered including the detailing at the end before I took ownership of the car. The car itself is fabulous and I have had multiple people asking me questions about thd car.

    No one answers the phone and when I specified on the website to call me back, I still didn't receive a call. When I brought my car to the service today, April 19 for continuing problem with sqeaky noise, i was told by the consultant that my car might not be even be looked at today because there's only one technician. what the hell? What's the point of scheduling then? Why did the website allowed to book when the car wouldn't be looked at? I wouldn't have wasted my time on Saturday if I was called back with the info!! I dropped my car anyway because I already have asked someone to be my ride back. When I returned, I was told that they found no fault with my car, and adviced to come back on weekday so it could be serviced by the previous technician, who worked on my car two weeks ago and suggesed me to possibly drive with the technician to show what the problem is. What the hell. I already showed the video I took (the noise) to the consultant. Now I have to take another leave from work and bring my car back for the third time. UNREAL.

    For some reason, the last 2 times I’ve gotten work done for my car, the coolant was over filled past the fill line both times. This latest time was after a safety check.
