We had a great experience at this VW! Everyone we worked with was so kind, from texting before we arrived on island to when we stopped by to test drive then drove away with a new vehicle. Buying a vehicle is usually time consuming and exhausting but this experience was not that and we had a 6 month old with us. Everyone was friendly and patient.

I tried repeatedly to call the service department at Honolulu Volkswagon to make changes on my appointment. THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT DOES NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE CALLS! EVEN AFTER I LEFT MESSAGES TO RETURN MY CALLS. The service work was ok. But I did have to wait two hours for my car, but I was aware that i would need to wait.

Service center is helpful and mediumly responsive. Sales department is not interested in working with recurring VW owners of 15+ years when trying to get a new VW. Other dealerships and brands seem to value repeat customers more

Sales representative tacked on additional expenses, when I questioned it with finance representative he told most of the services being tacked on as additional benefits would not apply to the car. It was rectified in the end.
