Service team completed the recalls and safety computer replacement ahead of schedule. They had estimated 1-3 weeks and it was completed within 1 week so allowed me to avoid a car rental and was able to pickup my ID.4 after landing from a week business trip. Car was washed and ready to go on a Sunday. They had arranged the sales team to help me check-out since the service department was closed on Sunday,.

When I arrived male behind the counter was on his mobile, didn't acknowledge me until I went up to the counter to say I have an appointment. He supposedly was covering the desk for the girl that worked at the service counter. But that is pretty poor customer service to no acknowledge your customer when they walk in.
