This was a fourth attempt to schedule recall maintenance. It took nearly 6 months to finally complete services and not all were completed. Additionally, we have email messages confirming order of a replacement windshield in February. When we checked for a status, we were told the the order was never placed. We moved off island in mid-March and had to leave the car with our son because recalls could not be completed in order to ship the car. The safety inspection remains expired due to the cracked windshield. We are very disappointed in the quality of service at this location but have no other choice but to continue with Honolulu VW. VW America has been involved multiple times with no success.

Pleasing customer service. Keep customers updated when their cars have to be there for a couple of days or more, nice to know where you’re cars at during service or recalls, so the customer can have an idea when they’re car might be ready.
